PLANNING FEES AND BOOKING PROCESS

OUR BOOKING PROCESS

As travel advisors, booking travel is only part of the job. We also spend hours researching and incorporate our expertise and experience. When you hire us as your travel advisor, you get access to a variety of benefits that ensure a smooth and unforgettable journey.

To start, we'll have an initial consultation call to see if we're a good match. Once we mutually agree to move forward, we will collect a non-refundable Planning Fee based on your itinerary's complexity. This fee covers our research and planning time. We will prepare several itineraries and quotes based on your needs.

Once you choose the best itinerary, we will book all travel arrangements as agreed upon. We will continue to support you during the duration of your trip in the event any part of your itinerary needs to be changed. Please note, this fee is separate from the cost of travel and is non-refundable.

SAMPLE FEE SCHEDULE

  • Packaged travel (resorts, hotels, cruises, hosted/escorted tours)
    • $100 per couple/household or $100 per non-related travel partner.
    • Supplemental charges may be added, at our discretion, for additional rooms and/or cabins for group travel (8-10 or more parties traveling together).
  • Custom bookings (i.e., Flexible Independent Travel in Europe)
    • $250 and up per couple/household
  • Not sure where you want to go?
    • $300 to research and provide flight/accommodation options for 5 diverse destinations.
  • All quotes include accommodations, flights, transfers and excursions when requested.
    • $50 surcharge may be added for travelers not departing and returning from the same city
Fee waived when client specifies the resort/cruise and dates of travel.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

By paying our Planning Fee:
  • You agree that these fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the itinerary is booked or not.
  • You understand these fees are separate from actual travel costs and will not be credited to your itinerary.
Due to extremely high supply and demand, quotes may only be guaranteed by the provider/supplier for 24 to 48 hours. It is best to delay the planning process unless you (and all parties in your group) can pay the deposit within that time frame.
